BruhnBruhn Innovation joined NATO DIANA and the wider Allied defence innovation community in Tallinn for Estonian Defence Week, bringing together discussions on defence innovation, digital transformation, and the technologies shaping future operations.
From 21 to 24 September, BruhnBruhn Innovation was in Tallinn, Estonia, for the NATO DIANA Mission Track Startup Days and Estonian Defence Week.
The week marked the start of our participation in NATO DIANA Mission Track and provided an opportunity to reconnect with the DIANA community, meet Allied stakeholders, and continue conversations around Dacreo and resilient space operations.
During Estonian Defence Week, BruhnBruhn Innovation also joined the NATO DIANA exhibition, where we presented Dacreo and discussed how cloud-native technologies and onboard processing can support future space and multi-domain operations.
Digital transformation across the Alliance
Estonian Defence Week brought several defence and innovation activities together in Tallinn. Among them was NOICE 2026, the NATO Open Innovation Conference Expo, involving stakeholders from across NATO’s innovation ecosystem.
The discussions throughout the week highlighted a broader shift towards digital technologies, interoperability, and new ways of connecting capabilities across domains.
“It was exciting to participate in Estonian Defence Week and NOICE. The discussions in Tallinn clearly showed both the direction and the growing need for digital command transformation across the Alliance.”

For BruhnBruhn Innovation, this is closely connected to the work behind Dacreo. Our goal is to bring cloud-native computing to the space edge, enabling software and data processing to move closer to the sensor while making space-based computing easier to integrate with the wider digital infrastructure on the ground.
As we continue through NATO DIANA Mission Track, the conversations and connections from Tallinn provide valuable input for the next phase of our work and our continued efforts to bring Dacreo closer to operational adoption.
